Regional Finance Business Partner, WEREG for Grundfos, Service & Solutions

What do we offer?

Are you ready to play a key role in moving our focus from transactional accounting to a strategic approach in order to enhance value creation for the overall Grundfos Group? And, do you want to take your career to the next level and in time grow into a position as Regional Finance Business Partner within our Western Europe (WEREG) Service & Solutions business? Then we are looking for you to join our global Service & Solutions finance team, specifically supporting the regional leadership team in WEREG Service & Solutions.

 

What is the job about?

As Regional Finance Business Partner, you are responsible for analysing and conveying financial information in a clear manner to multiple stakeholders across WEREG as well as acting as global collaboration partners in our Finance community.

 

You have good understanding of the business processes in the entire value chain and can link this knowledge with financial data and information. You use this knowledge to proactively lead and coordinate all planning, forecasting and business review processes across the Region.

 

You provide proactive coaching to the WEREG Service & Solutions leadership team and WEREG service business units on control and optimisation of cost and working capital elements. Further, you prepare analyses and reports that enable the leadership team to effectively challenge cost and inform decision making.

 

What do you need to apply?

You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Economics, Auditing or equivalent. Further, you have 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a sales company, working with complex business processes in a multinational and multicultural setting.

 

It is important to us that you possess high ethical standards, just as you thrive on a healthy control environment as a prerequisite for producing timely, correct and transparent information. You speak and write English fluently. It will be an advantage if you have experience with SAP, BW and IBM Cognos suites.

 

Additional information

The position is located at our HQ in Bjerringbro, where you will have the opportunity to get close to the management team in Grundfos, Service & Solutions.
